Very interesting & helpful. Greg was very engaging, interactive & made it very fun. He was very clear with explaining everything & ensuring that everyone understood the tasks/learning goals.
Greg made the course very interesting, provided some extremely useful tips and I would highly recommend other departments take this course.
I really enjoyed this course. I found it very interactive and different as you had to work with people who you would normally not have much interaction with in the office. It really made you think about everything.

Just as tiny adjustments to infinitesimally increase efficiencies made the Tokyo speedrail possible, training that improves internal communications can revolutionise the way we function in the work place. Fewer emails sent, fewer emails misunderstood, fewer emails for clarification all lead to less annoyance and anxiety about email communications, fewer interruptions in the workplace, and overall increased productivity. This is particularly true now in a post-COVID world relying on remote functionality.
Really enjoyable course. Greg was very engaging and enthusiastic. Presented in great spirit and allowed for good discussion with peers. Would recommend to any corporate company!
