Karen was great. I particularly liked the parts where she went into the 'science' behind it, how brain works etc. One small criticism I'd say is that it was a bit repetitive at parts and could do with being a bit more challenging.
Really helpful with some really good tips and tricks to improve accuracy. Also very interactive/
