I have learnt a lot from this course. It was really interesting to learn different facts about how we comprehend data and can only take in as much as a 5p coin. It has also shown me how easy it is to make simple errors which may end up having a big impact. The trainer kept us all engaged although the sessions are quite long and i didn't zone out or get bored at any point meaning i could take in all the valuable tools I can use in future.

This training is great. Something that I've always considered one of my weaknesses - now I understand how to improve! I often find I am too quick to skim things; now I have processes for slowing down and spotting mistakes.

I really enjoyed the course. It made me aware of mistakes I didn’t realise I was making and made me more cautious to take the time to read things slowly and carefully to pick up on things better.

The Course was very knowledgeable and the workbooks were great . Loved the stories that were told to help with further explanations on accuracy and being clear .

Greg was great - very engaging, kind and helpful. He kept us interested in what he was teaching by giving us good examples and engaging in class discussions. I thoroughly enjoyed this!
