Really enjoyed the course, I had previously done it online but still found it useful to go over again in person. A bit more of the reading accuracy check like I have previously done on the online course would be useful particularly for those in HR, Audit and FR as we read a lot of documents on a daily basis.
Very enjoyable practical course that I have learned new tricks for my everyday work.

As someone who is neurodivergent and dyslexic the thought of this course filled me with fear. But it was really interesting and I would definitely use techniques when I am working. Clusters, rhythm, marking.
