Great course, very helpful and easy to understand
The course was very well set up and interactive. The trainer was approachable and had a lovely manner. I really enjoyed it and felt i learnt alot.
Very interesting workshop because by making several exercises of the same kind, we can realise the amount of mistakes we might make.

Whilst it was useful to pick up some tricks for accurate manual data checking, I was expecting the course would be centred around how to incorporate data-accuracy reconciliations within a database/Excel environment. I felt the length of the course was far too long considering the the simplicity and repetitive nature of what we were learning; I would have probably come back with the same level of education if it had been completed in two hours rather than almost seven. I think the overall principals of the course were good and useful. The trainer was quite engaging and kept the pace of the course well. Data accuracy is extremely relevant and I'm glad that training on it has been provided, but I would have preferred it if it were more reflective of our current working practises.
Karen was a great trainer. It felt like a very safe environment . I loved the tips we were given and the science behind them.
really learnt a lot- information that's profound not just in workplace but also in life in general . It would really improve social relationships especially the gathering information part, listening and delivering information. Thank you
I did better this year than i did last year as i use the tips and tricks on a daily basis
