I thought the course idea was good but felt primary school in parts and became tedious in moments
Chris is great and the course was enjoyable, however in comparison to the Developing an Eye for Accuracy it doesn't quite seem as powerful in terms of content, benefits and take home points.
Some elements not relevant to the jobs or roles of frontline staff
Length of time the course takes could be shorter as concentrations levels were lost, personal for me and repetitive. All over ally trainer was really engaging.

I'm pleased to say that all groups improved, so we know that the workshops was a success, and the techniques that we explored are working. Practice is a key part of what makes the programme a success. We know that when customers have trialed shorter sessions that while they still improve, it's not as effective as the current format. 'Knowing' the techniques is just the start - it's mastering them, and most importantly, overcoming old habits, that takes the time and repeated practice. I appreciate that training courses involve time away from the workplace. But I hope that you can see the importance of accuracy, and that the time invested inside the training room will, over time, repay itself many times over on the outside. Best wishes Greg

Helpful course - I will implement the strategies to improve my written communication
The 2 days being back to back can lead perhaps lead to some of the techniques not being developed, where as if they were on back to back weeks, we could take what we learnt from session 1, and over the week be able to implement techniques taught. Then in session 2 we could dictate what we've found helpful and what we could do with some extra clarification and techniques to help us be more accurate.
The only criticism is that it's far too long, so even with the 10-minute breaks, it is hard to stay concentrated. The almost 4-hour training is too much, especially in the middle of a work day when we know we have a lot of work to do, so it creates a lot of unnecessary stress.
Easier transfer and checking data find patterns and work to correct them
