The trainer and the course was great and i learnt aspects from the course to make me more accurate in work, in just one day its difficult to tailor everything to such a wide variety of industries but the course was useful nonetheless.

Needed a few mini breaks (just to walk outside of the room or around the room between activities - struggling to sit still & remain focused for extended lengths of time.
