Very good course. Karen is very good at what she does and is an amazing teacher. Personally I feel the presentation in the morning is slightly too long, but I understand why it’s all there.
Tony is clearly an expert in his field and explained the subject matter clearly and effectively. He successfully demonstrated the practical application of the legislation, techniques, principles, and tools, making the content relevant and easy to understand.
