I found the different personality types really interesting as it's hard to please everyone, planning helps but there will always be people that don't agree with how you've approached something and that's okay as long as I've done my best it's all I can do.

Learned some good techniques for negotiations

Overall an enjoyable training day. Learnt a lot of nuggets. Very helpful.

It was a good day, although I would not be a great negotiator over night but could strengthen this in the future

I really enjoyed the day. The facilitator’s clear passion for law and ethics and how this applies to supporting choice in everyday practice really came through and made the content engaging and meaningful. I would have appreciated more practical application, perhaps with additional interactive elements such as more case studies or scenario based discussions to help embed the learning further. That said, I could not have asked for a better facilitator. It was truly thought provoking and informative.

I felt the content was weighted too much to statement taking than toward report writing skills and, in my role, improving my report writing skills is really critical. I was already aware of the 5 part model and have used it previously so that element, although interesting, was just really a refresher. I would have found the day more useful if there had been greater coverage of report writing skills.

A very good course in statement writing and basic report writing professionally delivered. The requirement was more for report writing - but I believe that this is an NCA issue at the point of booking the course rather than a Bond Solon/trainer issue.
