The course was interesting and well presented. It proved a good refresher. However, the fundamental issue remains. It might be another 2-3 year before I have need for this, and by then my skills/knowledge will need refreshed.

Really good trainer. Unfortunately there were technical issues with setting up the venue which led to a delay. Not the trainers fault.

It was a great course. Very interactive, which allowed for any questions to be dealt with as and when they arose. The element of hands on training/ role playing was very useful.
Great trainer and very interesting stories, wealth of experience. However, would have wanted more transfer of knowledge to workplace investigations as not doing PACE or criminal type investigations and never will be. This is more of a course marketing comment because it is a bit misleading, and not at all related to the trainers ability and skill. Would think this course is better delivered for police/relevant investigators and then another course for non police interviewers.
Good course and difficult to do well virtually but it was a great group of people who engaged fully which helped. I think there was a lot to cover in 2 days - only thing I would change is the chance to practice more and do more role play. Although everyone thinks they hate it, its an effective way to learn
Very good but would have been useful to see some model reports or even exercpts.
