Outstanding Training Experience with Mr. Philip Bond
On behalf of the entire team, I am delighted to share our exceptional experience during the training course with Mr. Philip Bond from Bond Solon. Philip’s professionalism, expertise, and engaging approach made the two-day session an incredibly valuable learning experience. James' training session was really engaging and interactive, with helpful breakout sessions that made sure everyone was included and was able to engage. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, which made it all easy to follow and the situations were really relevant. The pace of the day was perfect, and the topics and situations covered felt very up to date. I’ve come away with loads to take on board and implement!

Sue gave everyone a chance to speak when they needed to and explained the role of the BIA and the expectations on the role. The emphasis on the care plan and how this can impact on the person has made me realise its further importance not saying I did not but it highlighted now. Especially with comparison to one of my cases where a lady was in hospital for many months with a Dols documentation in place yet she had capacity. Thank you for the training it was informative and covered a lot of sections.

Excellent Training. Interactive with other participants. Innovative use of small groups to gain different and relevant perspectives. Update on case law and challenges in the future. Raised valid questions related to current legislation and questions related to the possible implementation of LPS in the future. Sue Inker has delivered an interactive and innovative training session for all participants in the Bond Solon Best Interest Assessor Training and Legal Update.
