Excellent and 5 star standard Training.

I've learnt quite a lot in this training which will stay with me. It was extremely informative and I am quite glad it was a mandatory course. I will now be able to take this with me in whatever role I go into and stay in.

the course was very good , trainer pillip was amazing

What I found particularly useful was the opportunity to practice. That coupled with constructive feedback from Emma helped to enforce some of the learning.
