Very engaging

very engaging and plenty of breaks, nice to have a trainer with real life knowledge

James Bannerman was a great trainer. He was very engaging and knowledgeable about the subjects. He kept me interested in the topics.

I really enjoyed the course as it was very interesting and the topics discussed are very valuable while working withing the Debt resolution team in the HMRC. The trainer we had was Dr James Bannerman and he was excellent during the training, I struggle with keeping my attention to online courses but he made the training very engaging and made sure to ask us all questions and make sure that everyone alright and following what he was saying.

James was a very engaging trainer. I thought I already knew quite a lot about negotiation but definitely learnt more throughout the course. His presentation plan and practise means that we are still able to maintain focus due to consistent levels of engaging activities throughout. Would definitely recommend him as a trainer to others in the future.

Trainer was fine, he made excuses about inclusion and disabilities to force us to have our cameras on and he had us go around at the end to say why the training was good which was weird

The trainer was excellent. She made me feel at ease and I learnt so much from her. I stayed engaged all day.

Bond was a great trainer and I am feeling much more confident now I have completed the training. I feel positive and at peace of mind what to do in the future when doing a witness statement.
