I was unsure before attending this course. But Paul has a great manner in how he presents and how he provides constructive feedback. I really enjoyed this course and has given me a lot of information and ideas to take away. I think it is a really useful and worthwhile course to undertake.

The skills that I have learned will assist me when doing presentations in my workplace. Specifically tailoring the presentation to my audience, knowing my audience, engaging the audience, the use of an Intro. Physiology eye contact body language. Interacting with my audience asking questions keeping them interested. The course was delivered exceptionally well, the trainer was excellent in communicating with the learners and kept us interested and regularly checked with us if we were finding the things helpful. He was able to get us to think for ourselves. I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and feel confident to be able to deliver presentations in the future.

Very good and informative

I have thoroughly enjoyed my 'Advanced Presentation Skills - 3'. I have learnt huge amounts across the 2 days which I will take with me throughout the rest of my career. It has been really thought provoking and the course enabled me to change my mentality and boost my confidence. It is a really worth while course which I would 100% recommend to everyone (even when discussing with my colleagues in the office many wished they signed up!). The group of 6 worked perfectly, it was interactive and a lovely atmosphere to be in. I feel lucky to have had this opportunity and I have so much knowledge to take away from me. Paul was an outstanding Trainer - very knowledgeable, kind and interactive. Thank you for your time and efforts with our group! It was a great, successful workshop.

I really appreciated the trainer's time taken to answer any questions during the training. The pace of training was also very appropriate for all involved.

Overall it was more beneficial to me to run this as a workshop and testing, playing around with my presentation as I got more out of that format than just going through my presentation alone. Using the group for feedback and then the trainer Paul adding to that with elements we could use/consider and great impact on being more effective for future presentations adding more value/weight to where I want/need to be going forwards!

Sue was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. As the group was smaller, we were able to discuss things in more depth and Sue ensured we had a full understanding to any questions/queries raised.

Karen was a delight as well as being an excellent trainer and knowledgeable legal professional. I cannot fathom why she left Canada for this damp little island, but I'm glad she did.

the session was hugely beneficial to myself. I am new to the civil service and this course provided me with the clarity I need to understand my role further and the way we apply the law. it showed us in practical terms what legislation we need to be familiar with and why its important to do so. it explained the circumstances in which we will find ourselves in as PHSI and how to search for a specific sections within the regulations to enforce statutory powers. Karen was great in delivering the information to us and the session was proactive as we had to do some research work and find out answers to the questions asked.
