Rob was engaging from the start - the IT within the venue failed yet I felt it gave a better experience as Rob discussed the course content rather than review the material on power point. There was good engagement from the attendees. Everyone asked questions and they were well answered by Rob, it was a comfortable learning environment. Rob described various personal experiences which, for me, added value to the learning experience.
Tony was very experienced and an excellent communicator
Excellent hands on practical training and we have been given plenty of tools to try for ourselves.
Very good course, explained clearly and in great detail. Thank you so much.
A really interesting course with lots of interactions and real life examples provided.
Excellent content and interaction from the lecturer.
Fantastic course. Only feedback is to have more space in the booklet to write down the wisdom shared.
Fantastic trainer, excellent content, great anecdotes
