The trainer had a wealth of experiencing which was extremely interesting and provided a great learning opportunity in itself. listening and group discussions on case studies and experience encouraged the group to impart their experiences, good and bad which raised questions and led to further discussions tips and pointers which were really useful.
Overall the course relevancy will enhance and support professionals in accurate record-keeping
