Neil is an excellent teacher. Really good at giving examples that seem realistic, putting you in the position as if it were real life.

I thought this was a highly valuable component within the course. I feel the content and advice was practical and demystified the process of being cross examined in court. I feel more confident having attended.

excellent course

I enjoyed the day and thought that the topics we covered were very useful. The case study role play was very well designed and went down really well with the group. There were bits of the manual we didn't refer to. That is fine as we didn't need the trainer to read it like a script and I enjoyed the practical elements of the training. But it would have been good to refer to some more of the bits we didn't cover, just to know what was in the pack.

A great / valuable learning experience with transferrable skills to enable the personal tools for defusing potential areas of conflict or unacceptable behaviour levied at us as the regulator.

Useful course, delivers as advertised

This has been an excellent course and I have benefitted significantly from having done it. I will definitely wish to pursue the further modules of the Bond Solon Certificate Course in future.
