Overall an an excellent course which, although intense was relaxed and relevant. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable and any adaptations that were required to suit the attendees was effortless. Content was spot on!

It is a well co-ordinated, well resourced course with substantial and well thought through course materials. I am very pleased to be part of it and my only observation would be that face to face would be preferable over the 5 days.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was interesting and relevant to my work. I’ve come away with lots of information and knowledge, I only knocked a point off the above question because I feel like I need to practice putting the skills into practice.

I’m really happy I was asked to attend the training. It will definitely assist me in my job. I feel more comfortable and confident in note taking now

Very interesting course, the trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable. Helpful to improve interviewing skills. It was mostly relevant to our role and gave us skills which could be used when we interview but was not PPO specific. Left the training feeling more confident in my interview skills.
