Kelly was fantastic taking us through a heavy session online

Really useful course allowing me to learn the best way to complete statements for investigations. The section on report writing wasn't really relevant to me as I do not do this in my role day to day but Kelly focussed more on the statement writing part of the course which has provided more useful information.

I recognise there is a large content to this course to cover in one day. I think Kelly did an excellent job to keep us interested, engaged and learning new ideas, structures and processes. I enjoyed the day, have the course material to go through again. I particularly liked the fact that we had to do a statement/ report all together during the day. I would say to include more. As I feel we learn so much on a course and if we do the report like today, we become more confident when we have to do it when we return to our workplaces.

Thank you for the fantastic facilitation Nick - not easy to do a whole day online and it was broken up really well and had a great flow to it.

The course is generally excellent. Its quite dense at times, but Nick really nicely conceptualised the topics.

Excellent course content, excellent practical elements. Tough course but very applicable to my work.
