Liane was an engaging and interesting presenter. She struck the right balance between the knowledge/experience of the trainees and making the experience challenging and realistic.

We did provide documents before the course which were then asked for again in the session (therefore didnt seem to be reviewed), for example a redacted investigation report and decision letter

The course provided as a refresher in certain aspects. I have gained knowledge on how to interview as a second interviewer, which is very helpful in my role.

Great course great trainer

Rhoda brings everything to live and makes the sessions really engaging and fun, with real life examples. The courtroom exercise really helped practice what we’d learned and having Howard in was brilliant!

Way more enjoyable and interesting than I expected!
