It would have been nice to have a copy of good statement examples following the course. I would have liked to have seen the trainer visually dissect the statement and rewrite it as I learn best looking at something visually.

some of the materials (Case studies) could have been updated as there was a number of mistakes within them.

Very well delivered with an abundance of knowledge and the ability to make us understand a broad subject easily.
