I really enjoyed this training. Very interesting and good to have a refresher on documentation. Its an important reminder of how crucial documentation is. And also for future development of our EMIS templates.

A good course and practical sessions to put what we have learnt to practice

Great course, really helped to take part in the role play and be cross examined to give an insight of interviewing techniques and how to best answer difficult questions. Kelly was excellent in explaining the material.

Course was well delivered with lots of hands on application to consolidate learning. I feel a final mini case study exercise using checks in all/most of the areas covered would have been good to confirm learning and see it used in a semi real environment.

Although I was initially reluctant to take the course, I found it very informative and I thought the trainer was excellent. It has opened my eyes to what can be found on open source.

balance between listening and doing was just about right. timings probably about right, maybe a 2.5 day course. trainer was sound, knowledgeable and approachable.

Kelly has given an excellent training session, she was engaging, very knowledgeable and factored in the subject matter for each person relating to their background. I felt at ease and she was very welcoming

Ray is a great trainer and I appreciate his understanding as I had technical difficulties with my audio. He has extensive knowledge and his ease of explaining the course helped me a lot. I hope to enrol for further courses and meet Ray again.
