Really informative training, broke the law down into easy to understand parts. Applied it to our practice. Really knowledgeable trainer, but felt relaxed and not afraid to answer questions.
This session provided an excellent introduction to working on complaints panels and, more specifically, to our organisation. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and very approachable. It was a really useful and enjoyable day. Thank you!
Very interesting and relevant CHC training which will help me improve the service received by the people I work with. Trainer was very knowledgeable and clear in communication .Responding with respect and care for attendees in hot conditions. Trainer created an open and welcoming learning environment and I remained engaged throughout and felt I learned lots of relevant information and how CHC is underpinned by Law.

This course is a very insightful course into the Best Interest Assessor role. The contents are very good and I could not have asked for a better Trainer. The Trainer has an excellent knowledge of the topic and this made the course interesting and understandable even for those of us that had no prior knowledge of Law cases. The only issue is that for such a course, it requires more days because of the contents to cover. Overall, it is an excellent course.
Enjoyed the psychology side and hearing different perspectives. The personality types was really interesting to hear how those fit in for both sides of the phone. Really enjoyed the day overall, very upbeat and positive. I feel like I can definitely use some of this insight to apply to parts of my role and think about things slightly differently
