I’ve really enjoyed the course despite being overwhelmed at one point with legislation. I can already see how my learning will contribute towards my Social Work practice and give me a strong foundation to progress towards becoming a best interests assessor.

This feedback relates specifically to Liane. I really enjoyed her session and found her very personable. I think the course overall would be more beneficial with more face to face time and writing our own statements, rather than being provided with terrible examples. I do appreciate this may not be practical for the barristers to learn multiple statements.

The trainer was highly knowledgeable. Very good communicator. Involved the whole group. Appreciated the way in which she mixed the groups up for each case study breakout.

I enjoyed this course. The assessor was really engaging and really involved the participants. The course covered relatable examples, which I found very interesting.

Very constructive course that was well delivered, with good interaction from other attendees. A course that delivered the importance of statement writing should the need arise in my role as a animal health officer for the APHA.
