Interesting and insightful course on negotiation.
Very enjoyable topic, able to take a lot away and apply it to day to day jobs. Break out rooms were enjoyable as well to get hands on with the course material
Rhoda was amazing at bringing the subject to life and making the topics enjoyable, interesting and informative. I have considerable experience in these areas but feel that I really took lots away from this course - thank you
it was very enlightening seeing the behind the scenes of our own and regular conversations with customers conversations. James expressed in depth knowledge of how the mind and personality plays into negotiation. The art of negotiation was so fun to learn. It was very eye opening absorbing such knowledge today

The training was excellent, the only suggestion I would have is to have an extra day once we complete the draft assessment. Most of the participants do not have a legal background therefore support once the assessment is drafted would probablly help the pass percentage.
