Great! Very interesting, engaging, and relevant. Ren was funny which made a course that could be deemed dry more enjoyable.

Excellent course, good mixture of methods. Knowledgeable and engaging trainer. I had trouble with the breakout room (I could not unmute or see the others, the screen froze before kicking me out). Perhaps you can suggest everyone taking themselves off mute and opening case studies before joining breakout rooms - then everyone can read the case and hear each other (split screen didn't work). Very impressed with role play quality

Excellent speaker. So engaging and inclusive, The way I look at different peoples personalities in the office will change moving forward. I hope to be able to get on another one of these kind of courses in the future.
