The training session was highly informative and engaging, creating a positive and enjoyable learning experience. It was well-structured and easy to follow, with clear explanations supported by practical examples. Many of these were drawn from the trainer’s own experience, which added real value by allowing us to reflect on past challenges and identify ways to improve our approach in the future.

The initial training provided a good foundation to equip participants to be able to practically carry out interviews. The interviewing session itself felt very relevant and useful. I could see the benefits of the skills learnt and also how these could be applied to a number of evidence gathering methods.

The session maintained a strong pace and focus throughout, and I found myself fully engaged from the introduction right through to the hands-on interview practice. Having previously trained police officers in interviewing, I’ve seen a range of trainer approaches, but your method stood out for its clarity, relevance, and adaptability to the SRA’s environment. The practical exercise was especially effective, allowing me to apply techniques in a realistic and constructive way. It was a great balance of theory and application.
