The trainer was extremely friendly, and created a safe and comfortable learning environment. It made it easy to contribute to class discussions. Very lovely, and friendly trainer :)

Overall i found the course incredibly useful and helpful. it will provide me with better tools and methods for ensuring that my interview techniques obtain the best possible evidence for my investigations.

Whilst I cannot say I enjoyed being cross-examined, it was invaluable in giving me an idea of what to expect in the witness box and also a safe environment to make mistakes.
