The materials were excellent, the examples given highly relevant and the preparation and delivery of the cross examination was thorough but did just the right amount of prompting for further work and development but building confidence to continue.

I thought it was excellent and we covered a lot, especially from a legal point of view. I would have like more examples of carrying out safeguarding supervision examples, such as maybe a video of poor supervision vs good supervision and more specific structure and maybe role play.

Very interesting and engaging course

Another excellent session with Bond Solon. Fay was a wonderful trainer - so knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and offered a range of practical strategies. Her feedback on our mock cross-examinations was thorough and practical, providing a great foundation for reflexive learning.

The course was very informative but not relevant to my current role.

Room was too cramped. Food was good. The course and Tony was really good, but I do feel like it would be more useful if I was tier 2 or 3. I can’t do it, just understand what the dolphins will be doing.
