I enjoyed the course - the trainer was knowledgeable on the subject and talked through the process. Enjoyed doing a case study to understand the process of gathering and recording complaints.

I was sceptical at first with the level of content. However, as the training unfolded, saw how I could use aspects of the training in my current role away from official interviewing.

Tim adapted the course to the way it would work within our roles on the CBT Team and very informative with information specific to our role.
