I found the whole day very useful. Nick Deal is always supportive and mentors you through the courtroom skills / cross examination techniques with his expert guidance.
Very relevant to my practice, well delivered and considered content.
It has been a good session , where a lot of examples were given to make us understand the importance of good record keeping.
Faye presented well and had prepared well for the cross examinations and in a very short time was able to show how pressured it can be in the court environment. An insight that will serve us all well in the future.
