delivery style was at the right pace. elements of the topic I had not considered where covered. Able to relate practice to theory and vice versa - very helpful to understand why I might do something, the underpinning knowledge

Really informative course. A huge volume of information was shared but this was made very accessible, transferable into practice and with some great ideas to take back into practice. Sue was very open to questions and checked learning / understanding throughout and gave case law examples to provide more depth to application and understanding.

The course has changed my way of practicing and influenced how I reach to a conclusion of making make an opinion

very enjoyable and relevant - definitely demystified the court systems and the role of expert witness in court

I really enjoyed the course today, especially the role play. Cath was really excellent in understanding our individual professional roles and skilfully tailored her role as a cross examiner to address the issues we may face. I feel much more confident about the prospect of going to court after this training.
