The trainer today, Ren Jones, was an excellent trainer, full of topic relevant anecdotes and observations that meant the time flew by whilst also ensuring learning occurred to the fullest. If there will ever be more agency specific training to my role I hope we cross paths again.

Good content, was clear on all the information that was required on the course

Was a tough course but was useful in preparing myself for if I ever have to go to court to give evidence. Felt very intense and made me as nervous as I would think a real court case would.

Overall useful but would like it to be more tailored towards the job that I am in.

Charan was really engaging and clearly very knowledgeable. I thought it was going to be a long day, but it went by very quickly!

Really good practice. Great to hear cases from different specialities to mine. Ren was fantastic. She had an impressive grasp on each of the cases discussed. She had an incredible skill of being kind and very firm with us. Great course with a great tutor.

Neil delivered the training professionally and made it interesting. He welcomed questions. The interaction activity was enjoyable and eye opening in that it’s interesting to see how different individuals interpret situations. Great learning experience for me.
