Enjoyed the course very informative

The course was very good and taught well.

Session was great informative and interactive

Really good session which gave me a lot of food for thought around how I approach negotiating, I found the case studies very helpful, particularly case study 3. Some of the conversations preparing for the negotiations in our teams were not very helpful and caused more questions than they solved, so more steers on what discussions in teams should cover would have been helpful to prevent people going off on a tangent!

The trainer was excellent - very helpful and was always happy to expand / answer questions.
