Having now completed a face to face course and an on line version, I felt so much engaged with the face course rather than the on line version. I feel this is so more interactive and hands on especially when considering and demonstrating the break away techniques

Interesting content and very well presented

Very impressed. Trainer was engaging, clearly very knowledgeable and able to efficiently/effectively communicate the large quantity of information to us. Pacing was excellent and the presentation was well-organised and structured.

This was a great course, thorough and enjoyable. I feel like I learnt a lot that I can apply in my job. The trainer was excellent and very approachable. Highly recommended.
