Neil was fantastic and clearly very knowledgeable. He has a good level of charisma which is helpful to keep training engaging. The content of the course was directly transferable into practice and this is helpful for any professional who would be required to enter the court arena.

I really enjoyed the course and the style of the presenter, who was very knowledgeable but also able to make participants feel comfortable to engage and ask questions. I understand that not everyone may have the confidence to be cross examined, I wonder if it would be adapted to allow for Cross examination within small groups? A script for a examiner and one person to become a witness? This may allow more people to feel more confident to participate and for this to be reflected upon in larger groups following.

John was absolutely fantastic, he made the course so interesting and engaging and made it really easy to understand and put the theory and information into context which really helped to get the point across. His positive attitude was astounding and despite it being online, it was really well delivered and engaging, so thank you John, I found this really helpful!

The course helped me to identify the different strategies that can be used to defuse aggressive situations. It helped me to identify that how I conduct myself when carrying out inspections can make a big difference to how smoothly the inspection will proceed.
