Really well thought out course lots of content to work with real life examples and objectives achieved - had the time to learn and understand

Richard was a brilliant trainer, he checked understanding throughout and was very helpful.

My one suggestion would be that we would have been provided with the case scenarios prior to the training, however that was no reflection on the Trainer who was excellent

The training was quite educative and engaging. It reinforced prior knowledge on negotiation as well introduced new perspectives especially as it concerns our customer. Generally, it was an enjoyable experience.
