As mentioned i have carried out Animal Health Officer role for nearly 40 years managing to avoid conflict in many difficult circumstances. Very informative to listen to John. Most of the information provided by John mirrors my personal belief that if you go onto a strangers property always treat the people / property how you would expect a person entering your own property the same and avoid going with pre conceived ideas.
Was a really interesting session and really beneficial to our current caseloads - helpful to work through our scenarios using the Act Just got a bit lost in DoLS....but this was more down to time
Sue is incredibly knowledgeable and a clear communicator. It is a long day, even with breaks but it was informative and I appreciate how Sue tailored the course to requests from participants.
This was too advanced for me and as it was all facilitator led, it was hard to keep focus
