Tim was an excellent trainer. He made the group feel at ease and delivered the course materials in a way that was relevant to our job role. It was clear he had looked into our organisation and was prepared to adapt the materials to make them as applicable as possible to our work. The training was engaging and interesting. Tim made the team feel confident in doing role play interview exercises in front of the group.

excellent training

The course was excellent and very well presented by Steph, and Dean for HMRC specific issues. My only criticism is the witness statements used for the exercise's are now very out of date in terms of commodity, and systems used. Even the phrase at the end is not current by a few years. However, even with these things the course was excellent, and very well delivered. Steph

Tim is an excellent trainer who clearly demonstrates and engages the audience with a strong background in criminal justice - he really opened the topics up in a conversational style, bringing in stories and relating it to our world in education as much as possible. I found the training very engaging, interesting and it was put into practice very well with activities and tasks we could collaborate and learn from - Thanks Tim!!
