Jay was absolutely amazing, very clear, well spoken and friendly. I was very nervous going into today but Jay was very reassuring and helpful, providing solid feedback in the morning session which I was able to implement in the afternoon session.

Overall, I found the course very engaging and insightful. I particularly valued the negotiation exercises, as they allowed me to reflect on my own techniques and identify areas for improvement. While the circumstances weren’t fully real-world since we were negotiating with fellow learners, the practice still provided useful feedback. I plan to use the course materials to build a more structured approach to negotiation and will explore further reading to continue developing my skills.
