Thank you for making the training engaging and easy to understand. It was great to be able to ask questions throughout, which assisted my learning. Having a trainer who is highly qualified and experienced, rather than an education trainer, is invaluable to learning in context. A very useful and valuable course for my role.

The course, despite running all day, was easy to follow and interesting because of how it was delivered. Nick explained everything clearly, using relevant examples and answered questions with genuinely useful advice. Every element of the course felt necessary and it was helpful to go through our old written work to pick apart where we could improve and what needs to be carried forward. There were also sufficient breaks throughout the day reducing the likelihood of fatigue/information overload.

An excellent course! I have come away from the course with a much clearer idea of how to write more effective reports, in terms of structure, language and avoiding pitfalls that could open up challenge to my reports. Thank you!
