Really loved this workshop, very interesting, touched on alot of things, everyone will find a few things that will stand out to them more and apply to them directly. One thing for me is how Trust kills Fear, and I hope to apply that to my personal life.

course was informative and opened up the conversations about topics I hadn't heard about like TA and BATNA, would've also liked to see more cases applying what we'd learnt to scenarios where we've identified customers who meet characteristics we'd discussed and what how that affects negotiations

Overall it was a very insightful session, quite elaborate and covers every aspect of effective negotiation for both the workplace and everyday life, learnt new techniques which I will definitely be putting into practice.

I enjoyed the mixture of learning from Cath and going into break out rooms and learning alongside other members of the group. Cath always made time for questions, she was very approachable and listened well and tried to relate to our medical backgrounds/scenarios. I also valued the examples used too this was really helpful to see different styles/qualities of reports and how it feels as a reader. Really interesting and so important learnings from today .
