I great interesting day with constructive conversation, thought provoking on the future of how i coordinate complaints.

I thought the trainer was brilliant he explained everything clearly and used great examples to help my understanding I was able to take lots of notes throughout with ample time provided and feel this will help me within my role and confidence.

Found the course very interesting and learnt things i never knew or had heard of before.

Some of the course was a more in depth to what we use currently, but it was worth hearing from other organisations and what their take on complaints handling is.

It would have been more of an advantage to have been able to be more familiar with the witness statements that were used in the role plays. The time to read this was not factored into the course time meaning I had to do this on top of other workload and in personal vening time. It would also be helpful if you were assigned one witness statement in particular to be questioned on which would be more realistic to a real life tribunal as you would know your statement.

All of the CUBS sessions have been excellent and I would highly recommend them. They are intense but they have left me feeling equipped to start my expert witness journey. I don't know how other EWs manage without it!! Yes it's expensive compared with others, but what you get it quality and experience

I felt the course was really well managed and Richard was an engaging tutor. He made the topic interesting and interactive and was clearly very knowledgeable.

Excellent training day, I will definitely take on more training to complete and be competent with Report Writing
