I've attended the course 6 years before. Comparatively, this course is more practical, very informative and useful for me. Thank you.

Very good

Richard was an excellent trainer, especially in the way he responded to questions and wove in examples from his own experience. I'm not the strongest fan of purely online Zoom training but his approach kept me engaged and interested. My underpinning knowledge of law and procedure is improved and I feel more confident in my approach to writing my reports. Whilst not currently enrolled on the CUBS programme I will further consider whether to see it through and would particularly like to know my test score from today.

A mixture of cases to demonstrate both commercial and medicolegal cases would have been better. Course exercise with a medicolegal case would have been good. including some videos of real time cases where experts made errors or did not follow procedures would have highlighted those key obligations.

I found nick very interesting, and even when there were parts that would fit to my job role, they adapted it to fit.

Well delivered course, very open to discussion and further break down of key points. Due to variety of experiences in room, not always relevant to specific role, but all principles and ideas are usable. Overall interesting materials delivered well and with practical application discussed at all stages.
