Max was brilliant, engaging , and the course was interactive to the point and materials were great , would highly recommend the course
I was very nervous and apprehensive going into this two day training, particularly with regards to the role play. I thought I would make a mess of things and my confidence would be shattered. It was the complete opposite! I am so thankful that I participated and wasn't afraid to get something wrong, or make a mistake.
