Really informative training, broke the law down into easy to understand parts. Applied it to our practice. Really knowledgeable trainer, but felt relaxed and not afraid to answer questions.

This session provided an excellent introduction to working on complaints panels and, more specifically, to our organisation. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and very approachable. It was a really useful and enjoyable day. Thank you!

Very interesting and relevant CHC training which will help me improve the service received by the people I work with. Trainer was very knowledgeable and clear in communication .Responding with respect and care for attendees in hot conditions. Trainer created an open and welcoming learning environment and I remained engaged throughout and felt I learned lots of relevant information and how CHC is underpinned by Law.

Excellent course, well presented and detailed content

The training was extremely well delivered and Sue was very knowledgable in the topic area. good use of examples to put theory into practice which helped understanding of all the topic areas. the content of the training is geared to a particle area of decision making however I was able to translate the process Into my practice and the best interest decisions that I will need to make for my client group. Enjoyed the 4 days, the information at time was heavy however that the nature of the topic of the training.
