This course has really enhanced my knowledge in MCA and how important it is to assessment patient MCA and when necessary acting on patient best interest.

I enjoyed this course very much and found it to be very interesting, thought-provoking and benficial.

I felt that the course materials and pre-course requirements were a bit disorganised. It would be useful to create a 'handbook' to go alongside the course that contains all the modules, slides and links to videos indicating what section of the course they are relevant to. However, overall the course was informative and well presented. The information, which seemed daunting on days one and two began to come together by day three and began to embed on day four. I listened to our trainer and 'trusted the process' and it worked!

The course and training highly resourceful and well taught by a very articulate and professional tutor. It is quite enriching towards becoming a qualified Best Interest Assessor
