It was a well run and well delivered training course on Teams. John had a wealth of experience and was very enthusiastic about the subject. I enjoyed the course and he has provided plenty of resources for further consideration after the event. An excellent course that I will recommend to others. Thank you

Overall I thought the course was beneficial to me in my role. I did not realise I needed it until I did it and it has given me a lot to think about in how I approach operators in my role particularly because we meet them at times when they may feel nervous or worried about the outcome of their PI. I realise now there are things I can do to mitigate the risks of an operator acting poorly or recognising when they may turn to aggression.

Really interesting training course and has me re-evaluate when dealing with complaints. Enjoyed listening to the stories/examples from the trainer and made the session interesting
