Alister is an archetypical professional in law. All those I spoke with after the course said how Alister's presentation style was confident, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. One of the most difficult elements of my job has been TTP simply because complexity of the questions and the setting up of the plans smoothly. The open question approach will help me in deciding how to respond to the customers need for a payment plan that they are able to manage without defaulting.

It's difficult as the content is more legal based, but the overall qualification reflects my role in my niche area of our business.
