I was initially sceptical that a 'mediation' course could end up being a bit dry or tedious if delivered too literally. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed Dr Bannerman tact & delivery. I picked up lots of useful tools with interesting context relating to human & behavioural psychology.

Fantastic session i belive all nurses and medical professionals should do this course to ensure safety of patients and staff are maintained within legalities and compliance to duty and accountability.

Important training, necessary for newly qualified medical personals

I found the trainer to be very knowledgeable and offered their experience and expertise in a manner that was very clear. I have no doubt that this course help me feel more confident in my ability to give evidence at court if called upon.

It was a good experience to be in a mock courtroom environment and receive the cross examination. That would be a valuable aspect of the course to take with me.
