With my works commitments ( workload) and had some days training due to A/L , did not wholly get involved until today’s courses which was brutally and major wake up call. Looking back, I personnel should have done better and although partiality dyslexia, but warning from Richard on some emails to pre-pare were at my own emission was poor The trainers and role play has been at a high level, and have enjoyed and refreshed skills and defiantly learnt new ones. Which now I must manager time set aside to finish the report Only main criticism , a booklet printed off at the start would of been helpful (being old school)

The course presenter was well-prepared for the role play and fully committed to the task, playing a very tough character. He really challenged me and pushed me to the edge at times, which helped me learn how to handle pushbacks and navigate difficult conversations more confidently. I genuinely enjoyed the experience and found it incredibly valuable.

Today was very engaging and helpful information I will be applying to work and outside of work. The insights helped, helped me self reflect and where I am. (I am definitely yellow).
