The second part of the course was fantastic. Geraint was an excellent trainer and had relevant stories and experience to bring the subject alive. I wouldn't want to be on the other side of a cross examination from him - he is very good!!! Overall in general, as I said on my last feedback, the material provided lacked the finesse I have previously experienced from Bond Solon.

James was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He made the course engaging and tailored it to our roles and organisations. I like how there were lots of breakout rooms and opportunities for us to voice our opinions and exchange ideas. I learnt a lot about the art of negotiation, the theory behind it, and the social psychology of humans.

Neil made the training very intresting and informative too, the interaction was good and you were made to feel comfortable, Not sure if we will get the slides that he put up, which would be helfull to reflect back on. But a great course

Sue was excellent and informative throughout the session I didn't feel that at any point she was just reading information to us, she included us and the session was very interactive
