Bond Solon Reviews

This was pretty dry - and 8 hours on zoom is hard going. This was not the fault of the trainer who tried his best. I would suggest that more example cases are provided by Bond Solon for the group to review and discuss both during and before the course.

I found this an excellent and thought provoking day. Delivery was at an appropriate pace, well communicated and relevant and discussion was encouraged. I hope that I never have to implement a good proportion of the content but am grateful to have been exposed to it. Although I have many years of experience, in my past I suppose I have generally been invited onto farms and in my future this is less likely to be the case, so assistance in making that step change is invaluable.

Really interesting training. Trainer really knowledgeable and a lot of information but all useful.

Dr Bannerman showed expertise and wider reading and a real passion for what he was teaching. That passion always comes across and sucks you in. Group Work was active and considered, and really engaging. I also really loved Dr. Bannerman's etymological interest and how he had us consider the root words in use and where those thoughts come from. Really impressed.

I have scored course materials as a 4 simply because there weren't any. That said, the course didn't need any and it was refreshing to have a more practical approach which maintained everyone's interest.

The delivery by James was very impressive! Clearly very knowledgeable, with the theory being brought to life with examples and lots of discussion and opportunity ask questions and explore our understanding. Lots of take homes to think about and practice in my day to day interactions.
