Excellent course ran by Jim, he delivers the material well, with relevant examples and years of experience.

Well paced good mix of people plenty of time for discussion and relatable to current practice

Some of the more complex topics could have been better explained

very informative- difficult to relate to individual areas of expertise as each participant was from a different expert field.

Nick ran the course very well. The pace was just right - at times I felt it was a bit slow but on reflection that was needed to ensure the content sunk in. Nick was great at answering everyone's questions and getting others to share their experiences. He had lots of anecdotes that were really helpful to reinforce points. Not an easy subject to keep his audience engaged for 3.5 hours but Nick made it look easy.

Really informative and helpful in hearing questions from others and everyone's thoughts.

Lots to learn in limited time.
